Heavenly Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome to the Heavenly Christmas Blog Hop. This a one day hop with 12 stops along the way that will be filled with all different kinds of projects having to do with Christmas. Now on to my projects for today. I decided to do a digital layout to add to my grandson Carson's scrapbook. I want him to know how much he means to his Meme. He calls me Meme instead of grandma :)

This is what the poem says:

Carson
When I received the news of your approaching birth
I was going to have a grandchild....you my very first.
I wasn't quite sure how I would truly feel. Then came 

the first time I held you in my arms.My heart was won, 

I was throughly charmed. Soon you began to smile, laugh 

and coo and many times we played peek-a-boo. You'd giggle 

so loud and shout with glee. I don't know who had more fun 

you or me. Yes your birth did change me now I know. It opened 

my heart and made it grow. Now I have priceless treasures in
my heart. You and me Carson we are quite a pair and the title
grandma (meme) I am proud to wear. Having a grandchild is
the best experience on earth. Especially when it's your first.
Hugs and kisses always Carson. Meme loves you bunches!
